Mashhad participates regularly in different urban projects awards, which are organized by international urban organizations such as UCLG, Metropolis … and won several awards for its projects or experiences related to improving citizens’ quality of life, in the areas of urban development, the environment, housing, public transport, safety and economic, social and cultural development in recent years.
